Located at the top of the Sofitel, on the 32nd floor, Belga is a little gem. At the helm is a French chef who concocts Belgian specialties, including several mussel recipes, with obvious savoir-faire. Attractive wine and beer list. Enjoy dinner or a drink on the terrace, with its breathtaking view of Bangkok by night. Appropriate dress (no shorts or open shoes) and reservations required. Not to be missed.
