Excellent food in a restaurant specializing in guay chub (rolled rice noodles) in the Chinatown area of Bangkok.
To find the restaurant in the evening, look for a long queue along Street Market and voilà! Opened by a Chinese migrant, the establishment specializes in guay chub, rolled rice noodles served in a variety of soup recipes. Prices vary according to the size of the bowl chosen. Pork is also featured, whether fried, crispy, minced or in lardons... A few other dishes are served on a plate with rice, notably duck. It's not a pretty room, but the food is excellent! And what's more, the prices are very low.
