Elements offers French cuisine with a Japanese twist. The dishes are largely inspired by the Ciel Bleu restaurant in Amsterdam's Okura Hotel. So you'll understand why, like its predecessor, it has also won awards from the Little Red Guide in recent years. You'll find classics like foie gras, but also Kurubota pork with kumquat and langoustine... Excellent wine list. Reservations essential, of course.
