Preis Leistung stimmen überein, jedoch waren wir auch schon in bessern Mövenpick Hotels. An sich ist das Hotel jedoch empfehlenswert. Hervorzugehen ist das Frühstück und die Pool Area.

I regret to inform you of my recent disappointing experience at your restaurant on April 15th. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, the waitress insisted on seating our party of five waitress a four-person table, despite there being ample space elsewhere. Her demeanor throughout our interaction was notably rude and unwelcoming. ( The short lady with a short hair!!!!)
Furthermore, despite making two requests, our room was not cleaned, and the floor was left unvacuumed. Additionally, the cleanliness of the utensils was subpar, as evidenced by a fork that was not properly cleaned.
As a patron of your esteemed 4-5 star hotel, I was dismayed by the lack of attention to detail and the poor customer service exhibited. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to address these issues to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

Worst stay ever. Shame of Accor. No welcome drinks served. I've emailed them 5 times before we arrive for our anniversary. No respond. Stayed here for 2 days. No shower gel in shower. Asked reception 2days to fill up. Nothing happened I choose here cos it's Accor. I will never stay here again. Literally sucks.

完全不能稱作5星級飯店
原因
1.冷氣太舊,開啟時有非常大的噪音
2.冷氣出風口都是霉菌跟髒污
3.床單有污漬
4.廁所的水管非常的臭,並且換了房間之後依然沒有改善
5.插座有非常多,但幾乎都是壞的,有些還會冒出火花
6.房間窗戶大多面向中庭,透光紗簾也無法完全閉合,沒有隱私
7.地點離MRT距離不是太遠,但是一路上人行道非常難走,有時候車多擁擠很危險,而且天氣很熱,也必須考慮進去,地理位置算是不太方便
8.熱水器忽冷忽熱
9.隔音差
8.泳池又小又髒,官網照片是有取角度
9.裝潢、家具等斑駁感嚴重
我們在這家酒店住了3晚
忍耐到第2天才有房間讓我們換

Especially Dean.
I previously wrote this google review at the time of check-in. Dean informed us that he would give us complimentary early check in only if we wrote a positive review for him on the spot. However upon check out, we noticed that we where billed for the "complimentary" early check in. Upon questioning the desk clerk, Anis, we were informed that he would not honour Deans "complimentary" early check in and charged us and additional 1700 Baht.
Furthermore, there was a litany of negative issues with our "luxury" room. First of all, the bedding was stained, the tv was not functional and the AC made an extremely loud noise when in use. Furthermore, the bathroom was extremely dirty and covered in hair that did not belong to us. When we requested for these issues to be fixed, the turn around time was either really slow or non existent.
This is not something that can be expected from a luxury hotel, especially from the reception staff.
As a WARNING, other positive reviews about this hotel may have been coerced in a similar fashion.
