Andaman Discoveries is a non-profit organization created in the aftermath of the 2004 tsunami. It offers travellers the opportunity to go further in their solidarity approach by practicing community tourism and ecotourism. Through these actions, tourists share special moments with local populations. Winner of several awards, the association brings a fair approach to its activity by donating the majority of the cost price to the local people. Travellers also contribute to the financing of conservation projects, thus providing a secondary income for these modest fishing villages. You can choose from a variety of cultural activities (making soap or batik) or physical activities (hiking in the jungle) during your trip.
