Photographers, to your cameras! Wat Paknam, located along a khlong, is often visited on a boat tour through the Khlong Bang Luang floating market. Its special feature is a gigantic golden statue of Buddha rising to 69 meters, visible from afar from the BTS and MRT stations. The temple was established in 1610, but the large chedi dates from 2012 and the Buddha statue from 2021. Wat Paknam is fast becoming a must-see in Bangkok.
