This is the place where the rois of kings and the ceremony that opens the season of planting rice have traditionally taken place. This place has been in place since the days of Rama I. From 1932, there was the Sunday market, the real market, transferred from Chatuchak Park. This is where the kites from February to April, King Chualalongkorn was Amateurs of this hobby. So we can come to the right season to watch their ballet.

Place Sanam Luang
