Le personnel est très gentil et essaie de vous aider, malgré parfois des problèmes de communication (que ce soit en français ou en anglais). On vous donne une carte gratuite des principaux sites de la ville (pas à l'échelle, attention) et on peut vous donner des infos ou des cartes gratuites pour d'autres villes de Thaïlande. A l'étage, il y a un petit musée gratuit qui plaît aux enfants.
