BANG PA-IN ROYAL PALACE
A beautiful pavilion, set in the middle of a lake, which served as a summer residence for the royal family.
A very beautiful 17th century pavilion, which served as a summer residence for the royal family, whose buildings are of different shapes and styles, it is photogenic since its photo adorns many Thai tourist brochures. Located in the middle of a lake, it was built by King Prasat Thong (1629-1656). The other buildings were added over the years. The most beautiful are those dating from the 19th century: moreover, do not miss the Phra Thinang Aisawan Thipha-at and the Phra Thinang Warophat Phiman.
