This national museum, located behind Wat Phra Kaew, exhibits works of art and artefacts recovered from archaeological excavations. Works from different periods, including Lopburi and Rattanakosin. One of the main pieces is a bronze sculpture of the Hindu god Shiva, whose head and hands were removed during the reign of King Rama V, now fully restored. Prehistoric artefacts from excavations in the province are also on display.
