This first-class French restaurant opened in 1973 under the impetus of Alain Telfer. It is housed in an early 20th century English country house along the Ping River. On the menu, Fine de claire oysters, Maine lobster, Australian lamb, Kobe beef... In short, you will have understood that these are noble products, masterfully crafted.
