SUP RIVER ADVENTURES

SUP excursions explore the region's beautiful landscapes and forests. Experienced guides provide full support during the paddling session and all necessary equipment is included. Beginners will particularly appreciate the river's gentle currents, which make SUPing easy. Excursions last around 3 hours and cover a distance of around 17 km. Participants are picked up at their hotel and brought back at the end of the day. We recommend that you bring a change of clothes, sunscreen and a hat. SUP excursions on the Mae Ping River offer a unique insight into Thai culture and are also a great way to get some exercise.
