The central tourist police station is located a short distance from the city zoo. There is a corps of foreign volunteer auxiliaries in their team. These Farang in Blue (because of the uniform), are present in the major tourist resorts of the country. These volunteers are available to provide assistance to foreign nationals in the event of disputes with the local population (road accidents, fights, hotel thefts, etc.).
