A park housing the country's highest peak, where you can admire waterfalls, temples and nature trails.
This park is home to the highest peak in the country, 2,565m - note that it is not hot, when it is not raining. The climb is not really worth the trip, as the summit looks like an amusement park, but there are several waterfalls, temples, and trails to explore the nature. Mountain tribes live in the park (H'mong and Karen). This is a tour offered by all operators in Chiang Mai.

Otherwise there are pretty waterfalls and a pretty temple with gardens, this place is very beautiful but is a little artificial.
To get it however there is a bit far. We you chose a visit for a day, that was a veritable hell (minibuses with numerous shopping stops, and passengers unpleasant). Preferably to rent a scooter or try the bus (which must be long however).
