A great downtown bargain for budget travelers. A 4-storey hotel, opposite the Tokyo Hotel, with 41 clean, comfortable rooms, some with TVs and mini-fridges. No on-site breakfast, but there's a corner where you can sit and eat. There's no elevator, so remember to book a downstairs room for those with reduced mobility. Several restaurants nearby, especially on the sidewalk. The lady at reception is charming and attentive, despite her poor English. Parking available.
