This temple is a stone building built of limestone and sandstone. These Khmer style religious ruins, dating from the 12th and 13th centuries, were once used as a hospice and medical centre. It includes a main prang, a library, wall and entrance pavilions and a pond outside the wall. The ruins are in relatively good condition, including the structure of the main prang roof structure, which retains its three levels with lotus decoration
