Located in the heart of the city, this park is a true haven of peace. The main attraction is the large Phalanchai Lake, which occupies most of the park and on which it is possible to canoe, with Wat Phra Kaew in its centre. The park also includes a flower garden, the City Pillar Shrine, a large walking Buddha statue, a children's corner and a sports section. There is also a small zoo, which is not necessary to visit.
