NATIONAL MUSEUM OF BAN CHIANG
Museum featuring collections of pottery, tools, jewelry and weapons dating back to the Bronze Age.
This museum exhibits collections of pottery, tools, jewellery and weapons dating back to the Bronze Age, found at and around the archaeological site of Ban Chiang. An interesting collection, with a (relative) focus on the lifestyle and customs of the time. The excavation work of the time is illustrated. A building highlights the culture of the Tai Puan people, who settled in Ban Chiang more than two centuries ago and still live there today.
