Frog on the menu in an establishment at the entrance of the Pont des Goules.
On the banks of the Allier, at the entrance to the Pont des Goules, the name of this charming establishment takes on its full meaning. Already seduced by the setting and the meticulous decoration, we were won over by the kindness and attention of the owners. After more than 40 years in the kitchen, the chef is still having a lot of fun treating his guests. A menu around the frog is a reminder of the house speciality, in raviole or simply parsleyed. You can also try the "Truffouille" made with Saint-Nictaire cheese, fried potatoes and... frog's legs of course. In the summer, a small fry comes to join the map. The dessert menu will delight even the most gourmet, with its icy volcanic eruption, or more traditionally its chocolate fondant.
