Le complexe est situé à proximité d'un temple et à peu de distance de restaurants et de commerces, mais à l'écart de l'agitation frénétique du reste de 'Ile.
Les cottages sont conçus comme de vrais petits pavillons de plaisance avec chambre fermée, salon et salle de bain ouverts sur l'extérieur, un vrai petit jardin privatif, le tout entouré de hauts murs, garantissant une parfaite intimité. On a vraiment envie de passer du temps à l'intérieur. La décoration est de très bon gout.
