The photos on the walls of this warm and welcoming place pay tribute to the staff of the last independent Alsatian brasserie. The menu is built around typical homemade regional dishes: spätzle, fleischschnaka and tartes flambées. Salads, chicken livers and gizzards, horseradish stew and, of course, the unmissable Alsatian mixed salad are also on offer. You can draw your own beer at the small counter, after ticking the slate that will tally up your drinks. On the terrace in summer, it's perfect!
