Villa retracing the history of Meteor, with an opportunity to discover the garden and raw materials, the family home

Thanks to numerous historical testimonies and objects, this villa tells you the history of Meteor from 1640 to today. The visit lasts 1h30 and consists of seven stages: the garden and its raw materials, the family house dating from the ^17th century and its intimate memories, the greenhouse which houses the laboratories of the ^19th and ^21st centuries, the main courtyard and its brewing room, the fermentation and maturation room, the machine room, and, finally, the bar where specialists will initiate you to the discovery of different beers!

High season: June, July, August, September, December. Low season: February 15 to 28 and March, April, May, October, November. Low season: open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 5pm; Sunday from 10am to 6pm. High season: Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Open every day except December 25 and 26. Free until 16 years old. Adults : 9 €. Students : 6 €. Guided tour. Catering (stammtisch METEOR). Store.

Les personnes sont chaleureus et., à l'accueil les personnes explique bien. Le parcours est adapté à notre marche, et est très bien expliqué. Je conseille au amateurs comme pros de bière ????.

De passage en Alsace nous avons fait une halte à Villa Meteor sur notre trajet retour. Nous avons trouvé la visite instructive, avec des explications simples et claires. Le cadre est magnifique, le jardin est très bien entretenu. A la fin de la visite, nous avons pu déguster plusieurs bières (inclus dans le prix de l'entrée). Moyennant un supplément de 3€, on nous a proposé une paire de knacks alsaciens. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique. Mention spéciale au serveur du bar, très attentionné ????
