Din Tai Fung is undoubtedly the best address of Taipei to eat steam from Shanghai. And to believe the incredible number of Japanese and Shanghaiens, the reputation of the restaurant has far surpassed the city's doors. At times of arrival, a numbered ticket is required and waiting patiently for its turn, a little inconvenience quickly compensated by the excellence of dim sum. It must be said that the cooks undergo rigorous training and can only enter the closed circle of Din Tai Fung after ten years of experience!

Très bon restaurant
Ce restaurant à une spécialité : les Xiaolongbaos ( des raviolis sucrés et salés à la vapeur ). Les dim sum au porc et à la crevette sont délicieux. Le service est efficace et rapide.

Originalité : donner sa commande sur le trottoir, afin de faire patienter et être servis rapidement une fois à table. Voir les cuisiniers préparer les dim sum en milieu de salle. Excellente nourriture et très propre. Accueil agréable et très bon service. Ne pas hésiter, vraiment excellent.
