If there is one debate that is not about to end in Taiwan, it is about where to eat the best beef noodles. This national dish is a real phenomenon and the Taiwanese always have an opinion on it. If we can't give you a definitive answer to this question, we still recommend this small restaurant not far from Ximending, whose chef is known for his beef noodles. These are served in a broth full of aromas and indeed deserve to be among the best in the neighbourhood
