One of the newcomers to the Taipei food scene and a huge success. He was even awarded a star in the Michelin Guide. As its name suggests, the restaurant is inspired by the gastronomic heritage of Taiwan, a country of sea and mountains. Particular attention is paid to the quality and freshness of the products which are sourced mostly on the island itself. The fried rice with mullet eggs is a marvel.
