Located in the very chic Mandarin Oriental Hotel, this Italian restaurant is now masterfully run by Tuscan chef Iacopo Frassi. In a modern setting, guests can enjoy the large open kitchen, where the entire kitchen team is busy preparing traditional Italian recipes with a modern twist. Iacopo Frassi is known for taking risks and his dishes are no exception to the rule. His Tuscan-style pigeon is a true marvel of technique, but it has all the flavours of a grandmother's recipe.
