Eric Chen, the founder and chef of this magnificent vegetarian restaurant, found his calling after a personal drama. His father had a serious accident and when the doctor told his family that he could not treat him, Eric decided to make a wish to Buddha: he would be a vegetarian if his father survived. A few weeks later, his father was off the hook, and Eric never touched meat again. Since then, he has perfected his traditional Chinese recipes, without any animal products. The result: one of the best restaurants in Tapei!
