Next to the Landis Hotel, this temple is dedicated to the god of war, Kuan Kung, easily recognizable by his red face and black beard. The religious edifice mainly welcomes businessmen, merchants, young executives and bankers, who come to claim their fortunes. Indeed, Kuan Kung is also the patron saint of traders. The subterranean passageway on the way out leads under the bridge of cartomancers and traditional soothsayers, and the place is in constant turmoil, especially during religious festivities.
