Lost in the midst of recent construction, right next to the TFAM, this magnificent house built in 1913 bears witness to what Taipei may have been like at the beginning of the last century. Built in the English Tudor style, it belonged to a wealthy tea merchant named Chao-June Chen, and served as a meeting place for the Taiwanese elite of the time. A historic site only since 2003, the Taipei Story House recently reopened after a lengthy period of renovation. You can also take a break in the gardens and tea house.

Cette maison est très chouette de l'extérieur, surtout avec son éclairage de nuit. Par contre, à l'intérieur, il n'y a pas grand chose car c'est minuscule.
