Opened ten years ago, this ice cream bar has rapidly become a sensation in Taipei in just a few years. Opened by a Taiwanese who discovered the smoothie principle while studying in the United States, the restaurant is most famous for its mango preparations, a veritable Proust's madeleine for the owner, who used to enjoy them as a child. But for Westerners, the surprise is total: these ice creams are veritable works of art, covered in tea jelly, tapioca pearls, whole fruits (grown in Taiwan) and so on.
