Like all youth activity centres, the rooms are good value for money. All the same, the whole deserves a serious renovation and a team a little more concerned about the well-being of its customers. Camping should be avoided in winter, as the northeast monsoon makes the area far too wet. Even if you don't sleep there, a stop in the centre of Jinshan is advisable, if only to take advantage of the facilities and its hot springs.
