Overlooking the city and harbor, it features a 25 m statue of the Buddhist goddess of mercy Guanyin and the Chu Pu Tan Temple. You can climb up free of charge (or make a donation to the temple) to admire the view. Inside, the decor is super kitsch, but unfortunately, it's hard to see anything through the tiny portholes! On the other hand, you can see the whole city very well from the terrace in front. Most tourists get there on foot, while the less courageous take the 201 bus.
