A small peninsula to the northeast of the city, Badouzi Park is certainly the best place to observe the ocean and Heping Island, in a superb natural setting where the hills tumble into the sea. On your left, facing the ocean, you'll notice an imposing hydroelectric plant. Further along behind the plant, the road that runs along the coast is absolutely magnificent, and leads you to a small, pleasant beach, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun and spectacular views of the surrounding landscape and sea horizon.
