One of the biggest contemporary music festivals in the archipelago, held every year on Fulong beach

This popular festival is held every year in mid-July on Fulong beach. An ideal setting in the heart of summer for concerts facing the ocean. As its name suggests, rock is in the spotlight but it is also possible to be carried away by hip-hop, pop or reggae sounds. The event usually lasts five days and attracts no less than 400,000 festival-goers. Young Taiwanese people have a habit of digging trenches in the sand to make themselves comfortable with friends.
