A real institution in Ilan since 1861, this small shop, which has kept the vestiges of its former lustre, offers candied and coloured fruits made from natural products, as well as a large choice of nougats. Red olives, blue apricots... Quite confusing at first, and tastes can also be surprising. But to see and taste! The owner of the place is accustomed to western travellers and can prepare assortments whose flavours will not surprise their palates too much. Unfortunately, the staff does not usually speak English.
