Close to the museum, this is the other place where woodworking artists gather. Unlike Shueimei Street, where handicrafts dominate, here artists who are sometimes recognized as far afield as Taiwan exhibit their work, at prices that reflect this. Ideally, you'll be able to catch them at work, and it's not uncommon for them to take a break to drink tea with you. Guangsheng is well worth a visit, not least for the quality and originality of its often unique creations.
