The city's largest shopping center, located near the opera house and Taichung City Hall. You can find absolutely everything: restaurants representing all the cuisines of the world, general food supermarkets, electronics stores, and many major international textile brands. Prices there are a little higher than in some of Taichung's less popular markets (especially for electronic equipment), but there is no need to negotiate.
