Opened in 1979 by Mr. Chang Ching-Hsiang, this mill is one of the country's leading paper producers. Above all, it is a pioneer in the management and conservation of forest resources in the region. A symbol of Taiwan's modernized industry, the mill can be visited and is an interesting stop on the way to Puli.
