Wuchang Temple, located in Jiji, Nantou County, Taiwan, is a remarkable historical monument. Built in 1923, this Taoist temple is dedicated to the deities Xuanwu and Wuchang, spiritual protectors. Destroyed by the 1999 earthquake, it was largely rebuilt, but the ruins of the old structure have been preserved as a reminder of the past. It is an important cultural site that symbolizes resilience in the face of natural disasters, while offering a glimpse of traditional Taiwanese architecture.
