Just a few hundred metres north of the landing stage, this city centre hotel provides a good back base for exploring the green island. While the exterior is a bit old-fashioned and really lacks charm, the rooms are spacious and well maintained, and some have a lovely ocean view. The price/quality ratio is therefore correct, but the proximity of shops and restaurants makes it a perfect establishment for travellers with limited budgets. Scooters can be rented from the reception.
