But paradoxically, this European neoclassical-style palace is among the warmest in the city - and the staff has a lot to do with it. Gran Hi-Lai has teamed up with Sanrio to offer Hello Kitty rooms... kawai from floor to ceiling! For those who would like more classical rooms, most of them are very elegant and comfortable.
