A veritable institution in Kincheng, this 80-year-old restaurant offers local specialties and Cantonese cuisine at unbeatable prices. The local specialty is pig's stomach, served in a broth whose owner jealously guards the secret recipe. The more adventurous can try brain soup or fried offal. Not very tasty, but these recipes are a good illustration of the uniqueness of Chinese gastronomy: everything can be eaten! The authenticity of the dishes and the restaurant's history make for a unique culinary experience.
