Le Mabuya (which has taken the place of the legendary Bonbon Plume) is first and foremost a superb colonial-style structure made from local wood, where it's good to have a seat. You can enjoy a delicious vitamin break with cocktails (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) made with fresh fruit juices that have earned a good reputation, as well as a barbecue (takeaway at 150 SR possible), and a fine menu featuring vegan and gluten-free dishes alongside tuna tataki and fish ceviche. At sunset, the picture is even grander!
