You'd think you were somewhere else, and the slightly Asian decor is immediately soothing. You'll want to take your time and sample the gastronomic specialties offered by chef Hafidh Lounas, voted Algeria's best chef at Tedj 2017, who can be observed at work in the modern, open kitchen. The dishes on offer are a cross between European and Algerian cuisine, the presentation alone whets the appetite and the portions are generous.
