It's one of the best spots in Oran to enjoy a splendid 360° view of the city and the Mediterranean Sea. The Hotel Mélissa is ideally located, right on the waterfront in the center of town. Even if you're not staying there, head up to the 11th and top floor for a crêpe or fresh juice on the terrace. Musical evenings and sports broadcasts on the giant screen are organized regularly and announced on the facebook page. A relaxed, festive atmosphere.
