WAR MEMORIAL
At the end of the cliff on the right bank, beyond the Sidi-M'Cid Bridge, stands this monument erected in the early 20th century in memory of the soldiers who died in the First World War. Once parked below, it can be reached via a fine staircase. The icing on the cake is the view from the semicircular terrace in front of the monument, on the edge of the cliff, 635 m above sea level. The panoramic view over the whole of Constantine and the surrounding area is absolutely magical, and captioned by a 1936 orientation table.
