DEVIL'S BRIDGE
This Devil's Bridge, built by the Turks at the entrance to the gorge, is the starting point for the tourist trail.
At the entrance of the gorges, the bridge of the Devil deserves its name, whether the origin is the infernal noise that the waters make at this place or the habit of throwing the opponents of the bey from the top of the caves of Kef-Chkara or the rock of the Martyrs. It is from this rock that the bridge was built by the Turks, but it was damaged several times by the waters of the Rhumel and the Boumerzoug. Today, the Devil's bridge, 65 m high, is only accessible to pedestrians; it is also the starting point of the tourist path that follows the gorges to the bridge of the Falls.
