This excellent restaurant is located in Séraïdi, a good dozen kilometers east of Annaba. In an elegant, refined setting, the team serves top-quality French and Algerian cuisine. The dishes are generous and presented with great care, in the style of a bistronomic restaurant. The menu features salads, pastas, meat and fish dishes. Desserts are just as good: chocolate fondant, crème brûlée... Pleasant, attentive service. A safe bet despite the rather high prices.
