Conveniently located in the heart of the city, this colonial-style hotel has seen the likes of General de Gaulle, who stayed here for a night. Most of the rooms were renovated before 2020 (with quality bedding, old-fashioned decor but classy bathrooms and plenty of space), and the retro feel of the first floor will delight the nostalgic. The staff are friendly and on hand to answer any questions you may have about your stay. Quite a complete breakfast. A rather expensive option, however.

Of course, having seen everything, the old receptionist nicely invites us to see elsewhere! I request where the ministry of tourism in all that, how you stupidly attributed to 3 star hotel, if it were in France, it would be closed for a very long time.
