LE SCHARRACH
Restaurant offering home-made Alsatian cuisine made with fresh, local products.
Scharrach's beer sank in June 1997 for the first time. She was blonde, but today the brewery offers amber, white and seasonal beers: Christmas, Spring, Harvest... On the catering side, we offer you a homemade Alsatian cuisine, made with fresh and local products. You will be served by attentive staff in traditional Alsatian costumes or, on the stub side in front of the establishment during the week, an innovative, creative and sought-after cuisine. Flambéed pies are cooked over a wood fire, salads and vegetables come from the best local market gardeners, as well as well-chosen meats. Ice cream and sorbets are homemade. Thus, it is safe to come and take a gourmet break and have a good time after tasting the brewery's products. Finally, if you feel like it, seven rooms are at your disposal to extend your stay in the area.
